Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS First-Class mail. Expedited shipping can be chosen during checkout. Once shipped, an email confirmation email will be sent with USPS tracking information.
Gift Wrap
All orders are gift wrapped in custom Ashdel gift boxes with ribbon and tag. Compact, low-waste original Ashdel design. Handmade from quality, recycled cardstocks.
Eco Packaging
Ashdel is committed to shipping with low-waste and plastic free materials. All orders are shipped in compact, recyclable cardboard boxes.

Returns
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns for earrings and/or custom orders are not accepted.
Please contact within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within 21 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Earring Replacement
Most of the time a replacement earring can be created for half the cost of the pair. Please reach out using the site Contact page for help with an earring replacement.
Jewelry Repair
If you'd like to ship your jewelry back to be repaired, please contact Ashley. Beads and/or jewelry components like clasps will be reused (if possible) or replaced.
